Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, designs, and software are the property of the company unless stated otherwise. You may not reuse, copy, distribute, or modify any material without written consent. Upon full payment, ownership rights for agreed project deliverables will be transferred as per the project agreement.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.
• Share content/feedback/approvals on time to avoid project delays.
• Ensure you have rights/permissions for any content you provide (images, text, trademarks, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services related to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or restrict access if there is misuse, non-payment, breach of terms, or unlawful activity. Any outstanding dues remain payable after termination.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
